Epomaker Click E-Sports Gaming Mouse Review

Epomaker Click E-Sports Gaming Mouse Review

Epomaker Click Mouse Review

The Epomaker Click is E-Sport gaming mouse, it features 800 to 42000 DPI sensitivity and 750 IPS and 50G acceleration for excellent control. And the best thing is, this is a tri-mode mouse, which means you can use it with Bluetooth, 2.4GHz wireless, and USB-C wired mode. This mouse costs $70, so let’s now is it worth getting?

Unboxing & Design

So in the box, I get the Click Mouse itself and then a soft layer, and when you remove it, we get the accessories box in which it has a 2.4GHz dongle, a USB-A to C cable for wired and charging, and a sticker pack which gives you a gaming vibe, and lastly, a user manual. The USB cable quality is top-notch, and the dongle is also great with a symmetrical shape, but it does not give a proper gaming vibe. It does have a green LED which shows the connection status.

The Click mouse is symmetrical and it’s available in two colors, White and Black. I have the white one and it looks great on my desk. As for the design, it has in the center a battery / DPI indicator light, and then we have left and right buttons and in the center the scroll wheel. Below the scroll wheel, which has rubber on it and which makes it grippy and feels rubbery, features DPI-up and DPI-down buttons.

The bottom part is clean; even on this big space, it does not have any logo. I recently reviewed the Aula SC800, which features a logo, and this feels empty, but yes, it makes it so clean. On the left side, we have the Epomaker logo and then two buttons for forward and backward action, and you can also customize the profile, which I will talk about next.

As for the back, it has in the center a PAW3950 optical sensor sensor and on the right side we have a connection mode switcher. On the left side, it features indicator lights for 2.4GHz connecting and a Bluetooth switching button, and below this, a polling rate switching button. The back has premium tape which makes the mouse surface glide properly on the surface.

The build quality is premium and the design is clean, simple, as its white catches dust quickly, so you need to clean it from time to time.

Connectivity

The Click Mouse features three connectivity modes: A Wired, 2.4GHz Wireless, and Bluetooth connection. I have used this mouse more with Bluetooth connection — it works really smooth and responsive. You just need to turn on the mouse with the back button on Bluetooth mode and then go to your device on Bluetooth and select ‘Epomaker Click’. Then just seconds, it paired and is ready to run.

And then second, I used the 2.4GHz wireless connection with dongle. This also works fast and responsive and provides 8K polling rate and no lag while playing or even just doing your normal work. One thing I dislike about the dongle is you need to connect the dongle first with USB-C type cable which you will get in the box, and then plug the cable to your PC or laptop, then the dongle is ready to pair. I mean not only the receiver with pre-connected USB-A. I know this is little bucky and has status indicator LED, but you can make it just a small receiver with built-in connector so no need to connect with the cable.

And the last one is wired. In this mode I don’t need to explain about the connection responsiveness all things are great and work seamlessly. In the connectivity, there is no issue. All modes work perfect and without any lag issue.

Customization and Software Support

If want extra control and customization as you like, you need to download the driver from Epomaker Click mouse page. This software allows you to change key functions, button actions, and toggle between DPI and set your custom profile. And if you have done anything wrong, in just one click reset it. This software support makes it more gaming-friendly and customizable for gamers.

Battery Performance

Ass far the battery performance this Epomaker Click mouse has 500mAh battery. and i’m using it over a week daily around three hours and it still last have around 70% battery life, so yes, you don’t need charging again and again, this mouse gives you solid battery performance. And you can also charge it by using the USB-C cable which we get in the box. This mouse lasts a month without charging it.

Final Thought

The Epomaker Click Mouse gives you 800 to 42000 DPI, 750 IPS, and 50G acceleration perfect for smooth control. It’s a tri-mode mouse, so you get Bluetooth, 2.4GHz wireless, and wired USB-C options. The design is clean and premium, and the 500mAh battery easily lasts weeks without charging. You also get full customization through software. At $70 it’s more flexibility and solid performance. So yes, for the price, this mouse is totally worth it.
