Upon opening, we find a protective case, along with the necessary documentation and a sim card tool. The camera module catches my eye immediately—it’s significantly larger compared to previous models. Alongside the documentation, there’s another sim card tool, ensuring convenience for the user. Inside the box, we also find a USB Type A charger capable of 100W charging, which is impressive. The charger itself is equipped with a 100W adapter, a USB Type A to Type C charging cable.

Design and Build Quality
The Realme 11 Pro+ boasts a curved screen that enhances its visual appeal, accompanied by a scratch guard to protect the display. The overall design of the phone is undeniably beautiful. The camera module, leather finish, and straight lines combine to create an aesthetically pleasing device. Its premium look is immediately noticeable when you hold it in your hand, giving off the impression of an expensive phone. People are bound to take notice when you carry it around. Additionally, there is another color option available with a similar finish, but in green, whereas the one I have is in a lovely beige shade. Personally, I find the beige variant to be particularly attractive. Moreover, the in-hand feel of the phone is exceptional—it provides a satisfying and comfortable grip, making the experience of holding this phone truly enjoyable.

As for the display, it is good but not significantly different from its predecessor, the Realme 10 Pro+, which was launched only six months ago. The Realme 11 Pro+ Supports a 6.67” FHD+ OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and 950 Nits brightness. The only noticeable difference from the Realme 10 Pro+ is a slight increase in brightness, with the latter having 800 Nits. Therefore, the display remains largely the same when compared to the Realme 10 Pro+. The bezels surrounding the screen are remarkably thin, almost nonexistent on the sides. Even the chin and upper bezels are slim. With a screen-to-body ratio of 93%, the display itself is excellent in terms of maximizing the available screen space.

The Realme 11 Pro Plus comes in two variants 8GB RAM and 256GB storage, and another with 12GB of RAM and 256GB storage. It utilizes UFS 3.1 storage type, LPDDR4X RAM type, and supports up to 12GB of virtual RAM. With a 5000mAh battery and 100W fast charging capability, the device demonstrates a significant improvement over the Realme 10 Pro+. It can achieve a full charge from 0 to 100% in approximately 26-27 minutes, which is impressive and represents a 100% increase in charging speed compared to its predecessor.

When playing games like BGMI with HDR settings, you can expect to achieve around 40 frames per second (FPS). If you lower the settings to the lowest, you can enjoy a smooth gameplay experience with 60FPS. Both the Dimensity 1080 and 7050 chipsets are solid performers when it comes to overall performance. The throttling score, which indicates how well the device handles sustained performance over extended gaming sessions, is impressive at 83%. This means you can play for longer durations without experiencing significant performance degradation.
Connectivity and Fingerprint Sensor
The Realme 11 Pro Plus offers excellent connectivity options. It supports Wi-Fi 6 and 5G connectivity, allowing for fast and reliable internet connections. However, it’s important to note that the Realme 11 Pro Plus lacks certain features such as SAR value, WLNL (Wireless Local Area Network), IP rating (water and dust resistance), and FM radio. These aspects are not present in this particular device. Nonetheless, considering its HDR10+ OLED display, high brightness, Widevine L1 support, and powerful stereo speakers, the remains a great choice for multimedia consumption.
Final Thought
The Realme 11 Pro Plus stands out with its attractive design, making it one of the best-looking phones available. However, the operating system is not good. The duration of software updates hasn’t been explicitly mentioned, it can be assumed that the device will receive major updates for around two years and security updates up to 3 years. Unfortunately, the presence of recommendations and ads diminishes the user experience. Moreover, in 2023, hardware specifications have become commoditized, and most phones in this price range offer similar hardware capabilities. The differentiating factor lies in the software experience, where the Realme 11 Pro Plus falls short.
In comparison, the Moto Edge 40 offers a cleaner user interface experience within the same price range. Additionally, other devices provide features such as wireless charging, IP rating for water and dust resistance, eSIM support, and impressive display quality. It's important to note that the software experience may be a significant drawback.
